Montanita Spanish School students can take advantage of special reductions off Galapagos cruises. Cruises around these special and very famous islands will take place on the sixteen passenger Aida Maria. The crew are friendly, the food excellent and there does not seem to be a question the guide does not know the answer to in regard to the ecology of the islands. You can, kayak, surf, hike and swim at various hot-spots for wildlife at many of the destinations. Smaller boats can take you to deserted beaches and isolated rocks ideal for witnessing some of the most fascinating marine life in the world. Sea turtles, marine iguana's, blue-footed boobies, sea-lions and hammerhead sharks are just some.

The Galapagos islands are a world heritage site and biological reserve which neatly illustrate the diversity and curious adaptations animals can develop to adapt to their specific environment. The island is a sanctuary for the animals that live there, their welfare is heavily protected so the opportunity to visit is a real treat.
