So you have chosen to learn to speak the French language. French is second only to English in languages spoken as a second Language. Many of the countries we have as trading partners and allies speak ether English or French as well as their home language. It is also one of the languages spoken at the United Nations and at NATO. French is spoken in France as well as our neighboring country of Canada. French is spoken by more people in many countries than the Spanish languages is spoken. There are many schools that teach individuals to speak French starting from the Jr. High school level to Universities. By learning to speak French you will be opening up a whole new world for yourself. You will be able to speak to the many companies and countries we in the USA do trade with. By learning to speak a new language such as French you will find yourself learning the culture of the country. Like the music or the great works of art and literature as well as Frances importance throughout history. You will find the more you learn to speak French the more you will want to know about all the people and countries that speak French. There are many countries that do business with France. France was the first maker of Champagne and many great cheeses .Also, France has many great places you will want to visit like the Eiffel tower and ride the fastest train in the world called the TGV. France has given the USA the greatest symbol of freedom people want to see in this country. It's the the Statue of Liberty. In World War 1 France was the place of the peace negotiations and the site of many allied victory parades. After the war was over France became a place where many artists from around the world went to live and create many great master pieces. France is also known for having one of the largest business centers in the entire world it is called the La Defense. You will also find that the French language is one of the most beautiful of all languages. It is truly a language of love.
