Merida is a safe ‘student’ city located in the Andean mountains of Venezuela.

Many foreign & Venezuelan visitors come to this Andean paradise. Merida is blend of both a historical and a  modern university-like city. Merida is surrounded by natural beauty.  The snow toped peak of Pico Bolívar(the highest peak in Venezuela) towers over it,  cowboys trot on their horses to the many festives. And magnificent and exotic wildlife is found ont Los Llanos. Within a ‘stones throw’ is  four national parks, 12 state parks, three natural monuments and 172 glacier lagoons!
