Intensive Spanish

Each week there are 20 structured lessons tailored to your ability.

2, 3 and 6 month Travelling Classroom

The traveling classroom is an amazing combination of studying Spanish and adventure traveling to the remote areas of Venezuela. You will adventure travel to remote islands, high mountains, steaming jungles, and huge waterfalls *including angel Falls – the highest in the world) while learning Spanish.  There is approx 100 hours (2 months),150 hours (3 months) and 180 hours (6 months) of Spanish classes

1- 4 Week Spanish and Adventure!

20 hours per week of Spanish Language classes from your experienced teachers. The classes fit around the Adventure activities with choices like: Canyoning (Adrenaline activity in amazing natural location), Mountain Trekking, waterfall abseiling, sport climbing,Horse riding (stunning mountain trails, water sports (snorkeling, waterskiing, wakeboarding) and Sea kayaking Caribbean islands.

5 and 8 Week Spanish and Volunteer Service

1 or 4 weeks of Studying Spanish (20 hours per week) coupled with an additional 4 weeks of volunteer service work (5 or 8 weeks in total)

Four weeks of important Volunteer service.

“Street Kids” Fundación Don Bosco (based in Merida) aimed at helping kids from particularly difficult circumstances. Many are street kids. The objective is to get them off the streets and into a safe learning environment.

Help by volunteering at a remote Warao Indian school in the Orinoco Delta (based in Orinoco Delta Lodge). Established to give the children of the families living in the vicinity of, and working at the lodge, a better chance to integrate into our society, and also to teach them their own Warao culture. Students assist local teachers in the daily activities and lessons. In addition students are expected to help out in the lodge in the evenings.

Learn Spanish & Horse Riding

First Monday of the month

This program combines our Intensive Spanish program outlined above with horse riding from our very own farm 20 minutes outside Merida. Each week there are 20 structured Spanish lessons tailored to your ability - each morning Monday-Friday you will receive 4 hours intensive general Spanish tuition comprising four 45 minute sessions with 15 minute breaks. Then in the afternoons (and at weekends if you like) you take the bus to our farm where Arcadio will guide you across some beautiful routes selected to suit your ability. As you gain familiarity and confidence you will have the opportunity to take horses out on your own as well as joining weekend camping treks to some of the remoter Andean routes.
