La Herradura Language Courses

Intensive course

Consisting of four 55 min. Spanish group lessons daily (20 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language.

Super intensive

Course consisting of six 55 min. Spanish group lessons daily (30 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language. Students of this course will participate in course A during the first 4 lessons and the last 2 lessons are focussed on more conversation and practical application.

Private one on one course

With a min. of 2 and a max. of 5 lessons per day. Each lesson has a  duration of 55 min. incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language. This course can be individually adapted to the needs of each student. For example: preparation for an exam, more focus on conversation or grammar, etc.

Commercial course

For business people or students needing a basic adequate knowledge of Spanish plus acquiring skills and vocabulary for use in the commercial world.  Consisting of four 55 min. Spanish group lessons and 1 one to one lesson  daily (25 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language. Students of this course will participate in coure A during the first 4 lessons and the last lesson is  focussed on business Spanish.

D.E.L.E (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera)

Preparation course of this official Spanish language diploma. Students can prepare themselves for the inicial, intermediate or advanced level. Teachers will give them advise which level to choose. Examination takes place in april and November. Consisting of four 55 min. Spanish group lessons and 1 one to one lesson  daily (25 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language. Students of this course will participate in coure A during the first 4 lessons and the last lesson is  focussed on the D.E.L.E exam.

Mature adult / Resident course

Consisting of two  55 min. Spanish group lessons daily (10 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language.

Course for foreigners teaching Spanish

Consisting of four  55 min. Spanish group lessons daily  (20 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language and 1 afternoon of teaching at different levels with the supervision of our teachers.

Course for single mothers or fathers

Students of this course will participate in course A consisting of four 55 min. Spanish group lessons daily (20 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language. Whilst the mother or father is taking Spanish lessons, childcare will be organized for the child/ren (between the age of 1 – 6).

Course for families with children.

Parents and children will be divided in different groups at their level. Both courses are consisting of three 55 min. Spanish group lessons daily (15 sessons per week) incorporating grammar, conversation and practical application of the Spanish language. A special method will be used for the children classes! Childcare can be organised for families with younger children.

Spanish and Padi open water course

Padi open water course consists of 5 theory classes, practical lessons in the swimming pool, 5 sea immersions, 1 day for the final exam with immersions. Insurance, equipment and PADI certificate included. Advanced, rescue or teacher training Padi course can be booked as well. Students have to be aware that booking this combination course means they will be busy during the whole day from Monday until Friday, as they will have 4 Spanish group lessons and they will spend approximately 4 hours in the diving school as well.

Spanish and Tennis course

Tennis course consists of five 55 min. one to one lessons per week. Tennis raquet, transport from and to the tennis club and final certificate is included.

Spanish and Windsurfing course

Windsurfing course consists of five 55 min.  group lessons per week.

Spanish and Sailing or Catamaran course

Sailing or Catamaran course consists of five 55 min. group lessons per week.

Spanish and Horseriding course

Horse riding course consists of five 55 min. one to one lessons or rides per week.

Spanish and Dance course

Dance course consists of  three 55 min. one to one lessons per week.

Spanish and Golf course

Golf course consists of  five 55 min. one to one lessons per week.

Spanish and Tennis, Diving, Windsurfing, Sailing, Horseriding and Dance course.
