La Herradura School

Constituted in 1996. The premises, in a new building, were empty, and we have made this totally new school in an area of 110 m2 (from November 2006 on).

There are 4 very light, large, comfortable classrooms, a leisure /study room with a library and computers with free Internet access, an office, two bathrooms and a terrace (right on the beach and great views) with benches, where the students can relax during the breaks. Next door there is a bar with a terrace as well. This will be the meeting place for all the activities organised by the school. 

The school is situated in a quiet area at 5 min. walkding distance from the centre of the village. The school can be reached easily on foot from everywhere.

Our teachers are graduated in Spanish philology and specialized in teaching foreigners. They experience in teaching Spanish to speakers of other languages and are very enthusiastic and friendly with our students. They are always ready to listen to any doubt or problem students may have with the Spanish language.  We hold weekly meetings with the teachers to discuss the progress of our students and to take on board their suggestions and comments.

Students can discuss difficulties they may have in their Spanish study with the teachers after lessons. At the end of the course, students realize that they have not only learned Spanish but made new Spanish friends as well!!
