Cadiz School

Melkart, the school of friends, has been around for eleven years and from the moment you join us, our friendly atmosphere will allow you to instantly become part of our community. The school itself is a typical Andalusian house of 1856 which is situated in the old town of Cádiz, a 3,000 year old city surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. The school has three floors, an Andalusian patio, two terraces, eight classrooms, a lounge multiuse (Library, Video room, Internet,...), office, teacher's lounge and three bathrooms. The house is situated between the nicest places of the city, the Plaza de Mina and the Alameda, a promenade waterfront with look at the Bahía of Cádiz.

Our primary aim is to motivate our students, and we achieve this through our excellent teaching method. Our extracurricular activities enable students to enjoy learning. These include: BBQ´s on the beach, excursions, flamenco, concerts and exchange programmes. Melkart is set in a traditional Spanish environment.
