Manual Antonio is a fantastic location, with some of the very best beaches in Costa Rica. There are an amazing variety of activities, to satisfy everyone's needs. From just lazing on the beach to excellent restaurants and cafes, shopping, surfing, diving, kayaking, Canopy tours, dolphin and whale watching, sport fishing, and biking. Yet, the jewel is the Manual Antonio National Park.

Manual Antonio National Park is one of the most popular in Costa Rica. Perhaps this is because of its expansive white sand beaches backed by an evergreen forest that grows right up to the high tide line. There is very varied fauna with 109 species of mammals and 184 of birds. The park includes 12 little isles just off the coast; here dolphins and, at times, migrating whales can be observed.

The Park is a little biological island, and beyond doubt it is one of the most beautiful national parks of the country.
