Catharsis offers one spring course (Oct-Dec) and one summer course (Jan-April) each year.  We recommend students to consider doing the two courses sequentially.  We feel the extended time in these climates greatly benefits the individual, as it emphasizes the messages of natural peace, and gently displaces the challenging conditions, leaving them with new found energies and feelings of tranquility and rightness.

The course includes

• Premaculture Design Certificate Course (October)
• Working amongst the land. (December)  Laboring with natural resources.  Here we will build trails, tend livestock, do gardening and orcharding.
• Yoga, stretching, and other exercises.
• A two week Wilderness Adaptation and Awareness Course, including a 10 day excursion into the High Andes.
• Two week “vacation” so that some other parts of South America, such as Chile, Tierra del Fuego, etc can be experienced. 
• Equestrian Immersion month (February)
• Ranquilco’s Patagonia Survival Course (second and third weeks)
