University of Buenos Aires is the largest and best known university in Argentina and is one of the most prestigious in Latin America.

The Foreign Language Department offers Spanish language programs for international students, as well as other languages for Argentinian students. More than 20,000 students study foreign languages here every year. UBA is located in a bustling part of downtown Buenos Aires near the famous Obelisk and the National Congress.
